Model and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone wore donned Dubai label Dramaqueen for the Nov/Dec issue of FHM Magazine. Drama Queen is the brainchild of Middle Eastern designer Barkha Shewakramani. It debuted at Dubai fashion Week ’07 and has since been a hit with Dubai's trend-conscious socialite crowd since. After four successful seasons of, Drama Queen recently launched its debut Indian collection in the fashion hub of Mumbai, with more international tie-ups planned in the coming months. A dedicated fashionista herself, Barkha is often spotted on best-dressed lists. "I design for the style-aware, independent woman, who is not afraid to have her own unique look. Every girl in her own way is full of drama and emotion. She has a longing to be treated like a princess, and every garment of mine makes her feel like a queen," she explains.
