Having successfully overcome the current holders of the trophy, Manchester United, 3-2 on aggregate in the semi-finals, our youngsters have a wonderful opportunity to secure the trophy for the second time in three years. You can follow all the action as it happens with our live text coverage from 6.45pm here.
