Huddlestone faces fresh surgery

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddlestone is set to go under the knife again as he battles back to fitness following an ankle injury, the English Premier League club have confirmed. The 25-year-old England international has not played for Spurs since August and now faces a second round of surgery, despite assurances from Tottenham that his recovery is going as planned. "The midfielder has progressed well since his initial surgery with the specialist determining that the anticipated reconstruction of a lateral ankle ligament is the next step towards the England international making a return to full fitness."
