Qatari handball team officially qualified to the next stage of the competitions 25th edition of the World Men's Handball Championship 2017 which is currently hosted by France.
The Qatar national team qualified despite losing to his Swedish counterpart (25-36) in a match that took place Wednesday at "Accor Hotel Arena" in Paris at the end of matches of the fourth round of Group D, which also includes Denmark, Egypt, Argentina, and Bahrain
