Ibsons raced past Interface Transworld riding on a superb hundred from UAE’s premier batsman Saqib Ali who hit his second hundred in the Blenheim Champion’s Trophy tournament which is conducted by the Dubai Cricket Council and sponsored by Blenheim Energy. Saqib Ali who is the main stay of the UAE National team with outstanding batting exploits to his name has been in tremendous form in the Blenheim Champion’s trophy as he has scored two fifty’s and two hundreds in his four outings. He earlier made a superb hundred against Zultec a few days back and has now notched up his second hundred against Interface Transworld which won the game for fancied Ibson’s. Saqib first partnered Mohammed Tanveer and the pair put on 69 runs for the second wicket when Tanveer was out for 43 runs in which he hit five fours. Saqib then had small partnerships with Baber Malik 22, Faizan Asif 17, and Pervaiz Nasir before he was the sixth batsmen to fall just before the overs ran out for a superb knock of 119 runs. He played 142 deliveries and hit fifteen boundaries and a six in his match winning knock. Irfan sajid with a cameo of 38 runs in 27 balls with three sixes and same number of fours saw them pile up a big score of 285 runs. Interface Transworld faced with the stiff target lost wickets regularly as Pervaiz Nasir and Mohammed Tanveer picked up the top order. Fahad Tariq 18, and Nalin Khaitan were picked up by Pervaiz while Mohammed Tanveer had Jagrit Anand. Saad Aslam rallied back with a fighting knock of 30 runs before he was caught and bowled by Saqib ali. Wasim Bari and Harsh Chaturvedi then put on 69 runs for the fifth wicket before Harsh was bowled by Tanveer for a well made knock of 40 runs with four boundaries.  No sooner Wasim Bari was bowled by Irfan Sajid for 36 runs the Interface innings folded as Irfan Sajid then bowled an inspired spell to wipe out the tail bagging four wickets for 56 runs to help his side win by 90 runs.
