H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, attended on Friday morning the RAK Half Marathon event which is sponsored in part by Hakaya Collection, the lifestyle division of RAK Hospitality Holding LLC.
The RAK Ruler paid a tribute to the RAK Half Marathon as one of the fastest races in the world in terms of stature and size of participation.
Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, who made his remarks while attending this event, said that the staging of the race in Ras Al Khaimah for the consecutive 11th year, underscores the bright image of the UAE and its ability and success to host major international sports championships.
