London - Arabstoday
Zenit St Petersburg are six points clear at the top of the Russian Premier League after being held to a 1-1 draw at home by Kuban Krasnodar. The hosts found themselves trailing to an Aleksei Ionov penalty five minutes before the interval, but rescued a point with Danko Lazovic's goal after 74 minutes. Lokomotiv Moscow remain ten points off top spot in the champions group after failing to find the net in a goalless draw with Rubin Kazan. In the relegation group, Rostov were 1-0 winners over Krylya Sovetov thanks to Timofey Kalachev's 22nd-minute strike. Rostov finished the match with ten men following the dismissal of Alexandru Gatcan, but Krylya were unable to find an equaliser and remain four points above the bottom two.
