This weekend African Cup of Nations qualifying comes to a conclusion with the final matchday to determine the 16 contenders who will be in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea next yearThe 2012 African Cup of Nations takes place in Gabon and Equatorial from January 21 to February 12 next year, and at the end of this weekend the 16 teams that will be vying for the title of African champions.Here we round-up the action from Saturday and Sunday's qualifiers, and present the best of African national team football on Goal.com.A goal each from Dame Ndoye and Papiss Cisse ensured that Senegal defeated Mauritius in Port Louis and confirmed their dominance of Group E in the African Cup of Nations qualifying campaign on Sunday.The Teranga Lions scored their goals in the first half to kill off the game, with Ndoye putting his away in the 9th minute before Cisse made it two on 25 minutes. The islanders did well to keep their visiting opponents from going further ahead in the second half, and a 2-0 victory was confirmed after 90 minutes.Senegal therefore secured 16 points and will go into the tournament in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea as one of the strongest teams after having emerged as the group winner in a pool that included the mighty Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
