Sydney - Arab Today

Wellington Phoenix have moved up to third in the A-League table with a 4-1 win away to Central Coast Mariners. The New Zealanders came into the game a point behind their opponents and trailed at half-time to Bernie Ibini-Isei's 26th-minute goal. However, Kenny Cunningham's goal two minutes into the second period gave them a real lift and two quickfire efforts from Carlos Hernandez (64) and Stijn Huysegems (65) put them 3-1 ahead. Substitute Jeremy Brockie, who replaced Hernandez in the 78th minute, added a fourth four minutes after coming on. Phoenix now sit two points behind second-placed Western Sydney Wanderers, having played a game more. Source: FIFA.com
