London - Arabstoday
FC Nordsjaelland closed the gap on Superligaen leaders FC Copenhagen to three points with a win at AC Horsens today. Michael Parkhurst and Tobias Mikkelsen scored the vital goals, while Copenhagen were being held to a 0-0 draw at Silkeborg, who had Marvin Pourie sent off in the last minute. Elsewhere, Brondby beat Lyngby 2-1 thanks to goals from Mikkel Thygesen and Nikolaj Agger, with Anders Christiansen replying for the visitors. Bottom side Koge pulled off a surprise 4-2 win over Odense, only their third victory this season. Nicolaj Madsen put Koge in front before Bashkim Kadrii equalised for Odense, but the visitors then scored three times in 16 minutes. Lee Sorensen scored twice and Adeola Runsewe also got on the scoresheet before Tore Reginiussen grabbed a consolation for Odense.
