London - Arabstoday

Jeonbuk Motors have signed Korea Republic midfielder Kim Jung-Woo on a three-year contract. The 29-year-old had been a free agent after ending the season with Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma, and was a reported target for several other K-League clubs including Suwon Bluewings and Ulsan Horang-i. "It is an honour for me to play for the champions," said the 29-year-old, who has won 66 caps and helped his country reach the Round of 16 at the 2010 FIFA World Cup™. "I will do my best to help Jeonbuk win the title once more." Kim scored 15 goals in the 2011 K-League while on military duty with Sangju Sangmu and is one of the biggest stars in the country. He will play in the AFC Champions League for the 2011 runners-up against the Chinese, Japanese and Thai champions - Guangzhou Evergrande, Kashiwa Reysol and PEA Buriram, respectively.
