Elfsborg extend lead, AIK win

Elfsborg stretched their lead at the top of Allsvenskan to five points with a 1-0 victory over Syrianska. Anders Svensson scored the only goal after five minutes for the hosts. AIK consolidated fourth spot with a last-gasp 2-1 win over Helsingborg. The hosts trailed to a tenth-minute goal from David Accam, but Martin Lorentzson equalised after 76 minutes before Celso Borges snatched the points in the dying seconds. Struggling GAIS were unable to claw back any of the deficit on the teams above them as they fell to a 2-1 loss against Kalmar. Goals from Erik Israelsson and Abiola Dauda put the visitors in the driving seat with Erik Johansson netting the only reply for GAIS. Defeat leaves second-from-bottom GAIS 11 points adrift of Gefle, who were 1-0 winners at Norrkoping thanks to Jonas Lantto's last-minute goal. IFK Gothenburg fought back from three goals down to salvage a 3-3 draw at GIF Sundsvall. Strikes from Emil Forsberg (two) and Robbin Sellin appeared to have given GIF the win, but IFK snatched a point after Nordin Gerzic, Hannes Stiller and Mattias Bjarsmyr all scored in the last 13 minutes.
