Montenegro midfielder Nikola Drincic insists the squad are confident they can get a result from their FIFA World Cup™ qualifier against Ukraine. Currently second in Group H, a draw in Kiev would be widely viewed as a good outcome but Drincic said the players were not thinking that way. "I do not believe we have written off a victory in Kiev," he said. "I expect a difficult match but I think we have a much better chance of a positive result than the public imagines. A small advantage is that Ukraine are at home but I think we have enough quality in the team to confront them and get a favourable result. "We need to think about us but it is certainly good that the Ukrainians have not won all three points yet (they have drawn their first two matches). I think that the Ukrainians will play much better than they did against Moldova (in a 1-1 draw on Friday)." Ukraine welcome back midfielder Yevhen Konoplianka from injury but centre-back Yevhen Khacheridi is suspended. "Konoplianka missed the previous meeting with Moldova through an ankle injury and has spent the last few days under medical supervision," said Oleksandr Zavarov, a member of Ukraine's coaching staff. "He has recovered so there is every reason to expect his appearance on the field on Tuesday. Khacheridi got a yellow card and now will not play but now that Konoplianka is recovered we are becoming more powerful. There are no problems with the others. We've studied Montenegro well and we know this team and the players who play in top clubs in Europe." Group leaders England are looking to strengthen their position at the top when they head to third-placed Poland, while Moldova are seeking their first win of the qualifying campaign in San Marino.
