H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member, Ruler of Sharjah and President of the American University of Sharjah (AUS), today opened a theatre at the AUS's branch in the city of Kalba.
The opening of the theatre comes in line with the interests of Dr. Sheikh Sultan in the importance of theatres in spreading awareness and education, and their role in enlightenment and the development of thought.
Sheikh Sultan listened to a detailed explanation about the theatre from those who are involved in the AUS branch in Kalba.
The opening was attended by a number of senior officials.
