Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Noaimi
Manama - Arab Today

Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Noaimi extended thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for their unlimited support to the educational march in Bahrain and the honourable achievements it has brought about.

Marking the beginning of the new academic year, the Education Minister extended heartfelt congratulations to the students, their parents and the teachers, wishing further success and more achievements thanks to concerted efforts. He stressed the ministry’s keenness to provide a favourable educational climate, pointing out continuity in implementing development projects as part of the initiatives of the High Education and Training Development Council which is chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.

Dr. Al Noaimi emphasised the ministry’s ongoing support to private education and to programmes aimed at optimising services and the educational output, including the academic accreditation project for higher education institutions.

More than 18,000 administrative and educational staff members in public schools already resumed work on September 6 to pave the way for the students’ return to their school seats in the most favourable conditions, mainly in light of an extension in the school infrastructure with 5 new schools becoming operational all over Bahrain.
