President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable of condolences to Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, expressing his sincere condolences to victims of the earthquake, which struck New Zealand today.
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed also expressed his sympathies to the families of the victims and the friendly people of New Zealand and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, dispatched similar cables to the governor of New Zealand..
