HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent today a cable of condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the victims of the explosion on St. Petersburg Metro in Russia, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured. In the cable, HH the Emir expressed his strong condemnation and denunciation of this criminal act, stressing the State of Qatar's solidarity with Russian Federation in countering extremism and terrorism.
