The GCC has strongly condemned the terrorist attack which targeted Istanbul, leaving dozens of people dead and many more wounded.

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashed Al-Zayani, GCC Secretary-General, described the blast as ‘a horrible terrorist crime that contradicts all human and moral values.’ Dr. Al-Zayani expressed the GCC States' disapproval of this horrible crime, and reiterated support for the Turkish government in its efforts to combat terrorism, and extended his condolences to the Turkish government and the families of the victims, wishing for a speedy recovery for all the wounded.
