Minister congratulates HH Shaikh Nasser on sports achievements

Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, has sent a cable to the Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on Bahrain’s honourable achievements at the 18th Asian Games, recently concluded in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The minister expressed deepest congratulations to HH Shaikh Nasser on Bahrain’s success in bagging 26 medals, and in ranking first at the Arab level and 11th at the Asian level.
He stressed that HH Shaikh Nasser has been -and still is- the symbol of Bahraini youth and their aspirrations, noting that youth will remain the source of pride for the people of Bahrain and the country’s leaders.
