Efforts exerted by Justice Minister Elias Jreissaty led to delivering the perpetrator of the murder in Qob Elias to justice on Monday morning.
The criminal is from the Yammine family and is now in the custody of State Security-Zahle office.
The criminal opened fire early this morning at two men who own a van that sells coffee at the international highway in Qob Elias.
The victims, Talal Awad and Khalil Qattan, were killed instantly.
