US and coalition military forces continued to attack Daesh terrorists

US and coalition military forces continued to attack Daesh terrorists in Iraq and Syria, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials said.
According to a Pentagon statement, the officials reported details of the latest strikes, noting that assessments of results are based on initial reports.
Attack, fighter, ground attack and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 15 strikes in Syria near Raqqah and Manbij, destroying six Daesh oil pumpjacks, 11 tactical units, three fighting positions, a booby-trapped car, five cars and several tunnels.
In Iraq, bomber, fighter, ground attack and remotely piloted aircraft and rocket artillery conducted 17 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of Iraq’s government.
