US: Fallujah liberation main step to defeat Daesh

The United States has congratulated Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al Abadi and the Iraqi forces on liberating Fallujah from Daesh militants.
Director of the Press Office of the US State Department Elizabeth Trudeau said that the liberation of Fallujah is a main step to totally defeat Daesh in Iraq.
She added in press statements that the US is still concerned over the humanitarian situation of the Iraqi citizens who flee the hostilities.
She noted that the US plans to host a conference to support Iraq on July 20.
