Nepal: 13 killed in bus accident

At least 13 people were killed when a bus skidded off the road and plunged more than 100 metres into a ravine Sunday in western Nepal, police said. At least 20 others were injured in the accident in Gulmi district. Police said the bus driver swerved to make avoid a motorcycle on a sharp bend in the road. Police said the death toll could rise as people were still trapped inside the wreckage, according to a report of dpa.
