A motorcyclist was killed in a head-on collision with a bus near Helsinki on Monday evening.
Local media quoted the police as saying the victim was a 40-year-old foreigner. The police did not define the nationality.
The accident took place in a curve on a road in Nurmijarvi, north of Helsinki.
Rescue supervisor Jari Vuoripuro described the condition of the road as challenging. Other accidents occurred on the same segment earlier, he said.
The bus had passengers on board but no one was injured.
