Interior minister, Pakistani delegation discuss ways to expand coop

Visiting Pakistani Deputy Interior Minister for security affairs Seddiq Akbar who has led a delegation to Tehran held talks with Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar on ways to expand mutual relations and cooperation. The meeting was held at the Iranian ministry of interior. Mostafa Mohammad Najjar visited Pakistan last month and conferred with his Pakistani counterpart as well as the country’s president on expansion of mutual relations and cooperation. The two interior ministers have agreed to hold regular consultations in line with the international campaign against terrorism last month. In the meantime, the Iranian and Pakistani deputy interior ministers for security affairs held meeting to review expansion of security cooperation.
