Death toll from Congo attack rises to 36

Thirty-six people were killed in an overnight attack by Ugandan rebels in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, local authorities said on Sunday, revising an earlier toll of 14.
The raid in the area of Beni in North Kivu province is the latest in a series of massacres blamed on the Allied Democratic Forces and National Army for the Liberation of Uganda (ADF-NALU).
