Bomb Explosion in Arsal Injures 5 Soldiers

A communique by the Lebanese Army Command said that on Monday, a military vehicle was targeted by a bomb placed on a road in the vicinity of the town of Arsal.
The communique carried by National News Agency (NNA) added that the weight of the remote-controlled bomb was approximately 3kg, noting that five soldiers were wounded in the blast.
"The army units have taken the necessary measures on the ground. An investigation has been launched into the incident," the communique concluded.
