Armed men kill child, injure 16 civilians in southern Afghanistan

Unidentified armed men attacked a passenger bus in Helmand province in southern Afghanistan on Thursday killing a child and injuring 16 civilians. The assailants have not been identified as yet and no group or individual has claimed responsibility for this terrorist attack on the innocent civilians. The United Nations recently announced that the violence in Afghanistan in the current year has increased by 40 percent in comparison with previous year.
