Ankara blast death toll has risen to 18, 45 others were injured, Ankara's Governor Office announced. 
The Turkish army, in a statement, confirmed that a car bomb today targeted troop transfer vehicles were stopping at a traffic light nearby the Turkish Cabinet headquarters and the parliament buildings in the center of the capital, Ankara. 

Ankara's Governor Mehmet Kiliclar said that the explosion left three troop transfer vehicles and a civilian car damaged. It also caused minor damages to a number of cars were parked in the vicinity of the blast. 

Anadolu Agency reported that Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, in the aftermath of the explosion, canceled an official visit to Brussels where he was scheduled to meet EU officials on Thursday on the refugee crisis.
