9 mosques targeted in 20 months
Jeddah - Arab Today

Over the past 20 months, the Daesh terrorist group has continued to target worshippers in mosques, testing the resolve of the faithful.
The targeting of mosques began in the Eastern Province in Al-Ahsa, Dammam, Qatif and Sihat, and then moved southward to Asir and Najran. In all, nine mosques have been targeted during this time.
Then attackers reappeared, trying to blow up a mosque in the Mahasen neighborhood in Al-Ahsa and reaching the Prophet’s Mosque in a desperate attempt to instill fear in the hearts of people and to create communal discord, insecurity and chaos in the Kingdom.
