Casualties of Brussels Zaventem airport and metro station rose to 23 killed and 35 injured in initial toll, Belgian Radio said.
Belgian authorities ordered residents to stay home and Belgian PM office was evacuated in the wake of suspicious car bomb in its surroundings.
Brussels blasts come in the wake of the arrest of Salah Abdel Salam, the mastermind of Paris attacks.
