Istanbul - KUNA
Two people were killed and another was injured in an armed attack in Istanbul late last night, security sources said.
Turkish news (NTV) network said that an unidentified person with a gun opened fire randomly on a number of individuals as they were walking in Sisli, district of istanbul, pointing out that the incident killed two people and seriously injured another who was taken to hospital for treatment.
The network added that ambulance and police cars rushed to the scene and closed the streets leading to the accident and started investigation into the circumstances of the incident.
