2 killed, 17 injured as truck hits funeral procession

Two people were killed and another 17 injured when a truck ran into a funeral procession in central China's Hunan Province on Saturday morning, local authorities said.
The tragedy happened at around 7:23 a.m., when the gravel truck hit mourners near Huangtang Village in Shaoyang County, according to the local government.
The truck driver has been detained. The injured, including four seriously hurt, are receiving treatment.
