Egyptian footballer Mahmoud Abdel Raziq Shikabala of Zamalek club blamed the media channels and newspapers for adopting biased position against him, saying that there are attempts targeting to smear his image before the Egyptian fans.
He added that such attempts will not achieve their objectives, stressing that the fans realize his loyalty to the club, appreciating the role performed by Coach Ahmed Hossam Mido to bridge the gap of difference between the player and Zamalek’s Chairperson Mortada Mansour.
He denied what was published over the differences with Zamalek’s Coach Mohamed Helmy, saying that his participation in the matches subjects to his vision.
He expressed his respect to Ahly’s captain Hossam Ghaly, stressing his resentment over the increasing criticism to him, as he missed a penalty.
