Egyptian midfielder Mohammed Aboutrika Accra - Arab Today Egypt assistant coach Diaa Al Saied has confirmed star midfielder Mohammed Aboutrika will play against Ghana in the second-leg World Cup playoff next week, a Ghanian website reported. Reports were rife in Egypt that the Al Ahly legend will not play against the Black Stars haven announced his retirement from football after the Reds’ Champions League triumph over Orlando Pirates, Ghanasoccernet.com reported. His record is likely to be further tarnished if the Pharaohs fail to produce a football miracle by overturning a 6-1 deficit qualify for next year’s World Cup in Brazil in the ultimate qualifier against Ghana.
