An Israeli high court rejected appeal arguing that law to force feed hunger strikers
Gaza City - Arab Today

An Israeli high court rejected appeal arguing that law to force feed hunger strikers contradicts medical law and ethics, The Jerusalem Post reported.

The Israeli law permitting forced feeding of hunger strikers is constitutional, the High Court of Justice ruled on Sunday.

The court upheld its position, rejecting a petition that sought to revoke the law passed in July 2015 on the basis that it contradicts medical law and ethics.
