North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said that the country "is ready to fight any war, including a nuclear one."
North Korean military forces "should stage intensive military exercises seeking to destroy an imaginary aircraft-carrying strike grouping of aggressive forces of American imperialists," he said quoted by TASS news agency as saying.
"To sink a U.S. aircraft carrier down to the sea bottom is quite probable," Kim said.
