Israeli military forces have arrested a Palestinian citizen near the border fence at Karam Abu Salem crossing in southeastern the Gaza Strip, local media reported Monday.
The Palestinian man attempted to cross the borders between Gaza and Palestinian territories, Israeli radio mentioned, adding that he has been taken to a nearby investigative center following his arrest by Israeli forces.
Israeli authorities prohibit Palestinians from accessing within 300 meters, at the least, of the eastern and northern borders of the Gaza Strip.
