Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi, stressed the continuation of his government to proceed on the path of reform, pointing out its quest to double oil derivatives and investment of gas as well as stopping its burning.

Abadi said in his speech at the Iraq Energy Forum in Baghdad, attended by Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri and Secretary-General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Mohammed Barkando, that the fight against ISIS didi not prevent them from going in the reform path, adding that corruption is no less harmful than terrorism.

"Iraq is facing dangerous turns, but it is moving towards stability and community reconciliation," he said. Abadi said, adding that Iraq's imports fell 30% from 2013 of lower oil prices, but we were able to withstand.

He pointed out that the oil derivatives of Iraq will double in a quarter century, and we seek to invest gas and stop its burning.

A statement issued by the Information Office of the Prime Minister, said that Abadi received, on Saturday, OPEC Secretary General, Mohamed Snousi Barkendo and his accompanying delegation. The statement of the Prime Minister's Information Office gave no details of the talks.
