Egypt, Sudan border terminal to increase trade movement

Egypt-Sudan border terminal of Qastal-Ashkit, which was officially opened on Thursday, will contribute to increasing trade movement and beefing up investments and tourism between the two countries, said Sudanese Trade Minister Osman Omar el Sherif.
In press statements on Saturday, Sherif expected that the border terminal will contribute to increasing the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Sudan to more than two billion dollars.
The border terminal represents a bridge of communication between the peoples of Egypt and Sudan, he added.
