Planning Minister Ashraf el-Arabi

Planning Minister Ashraf el Arabi said Saturday that an advertising campaign is scheduled to be launched within a week to brief people on how to get the gasoline cards.
In statements, the minister added that a website will also be launched to locate the outlets to receive the cards.
