Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi stressed that the challenge launched by Talaqi TV Channel to enter Guinness Book of Records for the longest live show proves ability of the Syrian media to enter all kinds of experiences and challenges at any time and circumstance.
In a statement to the Syrian TV on Thursday, the Minister said that the ministry has adopted this initiative and supported it, considering the honor of attempt to achieve it as worthwhile and appreciated.
Talaqi TV began the first 70-hour live marathon on Tuesday evening broadcasting a live talk show entitled “From Syria with Love”.
The program aims to send a message from Syria to all the world, carrying the love, the challenge, and the desire to prove existence, despite the ongoing circumstances.
The show will last until Friday evening.
