Yemeni government announced it will abide by the ceasefire scheduled to start from April 10.
Yemeni foreign minister Abdul-Malik Al-Mikhlafi stressed the commitment during a meeting in Riyadh on Wednesday with US ambassador to Yemen Matthew H. Tueller.
Al-Mikhlafi said that the Yemeni government, out of its keenness to achieve peace in Yemen, will commit to the ceasefire starting from April 10, stressing the need that the coup parties - Houthi and Salih - must also abide by the cease-fire.
He also stressed the keenness of the Yemeni government on the success of the consultations to be held in Kuwait on April 18, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
