Wreikat visits injured police officer
Amman - Petra
Minister of Health Abdul Latif Wreikat on Wednesday checked on the condition of a police officer who was shot on duty. During a visit to Al Bashir Public Hospital, Wreikat instructed the medical staff at the hospital to provide all patients with the needed medical care. Director of the hospital, Issam Shraideh, said the injured officer underwent surgery and his condition was stable. Also Wednesday, Wreikat discussed improving the conditions of nurses working at public hospitals with President of the Jordan Nurses and Midwives Association Mohammad Hatamleh.
