The Army Institution is one of the most important institutions in the country, it is the protector of the homeland and its unity," MP Ali Khreis said in an interview with the National News Agency.
He deemed the LAF the defender of Lebanon in the face of the Israeli enemy.
"It has offered martyrs at the altar of the homeland, and today it plays a key role in eradicating terrorism, especially from the areas of the Qaa and Ras Baalbek," he said.
"We are very confident in its abilities, its doctrine and its measures. The people stands united behind the Army which, we trust, is going to achieve major results in the near future," Khreis said
