UAE, Serbia discuss military and defence cooperation

Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, has received Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, and discussed cooperation relations between the two countries.
Also present during the meeting, which took place yesterday evening at the ministry's headquarters in Abu Dhabi, was Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces.
Al Bowardi welcomed the Serbian Defence Minister and his accompanying delegation and discussed with him relations between the two friendly countries and means of developing them especially in military and defence fields. The two sides also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on them.
The meeting was attended by senior officers and officials of the Ministry of Defence and the delegation accompanying the Serbian Minister of Defence.
