UAE Praises Shaikh Isa Voluntary Work Award

UAE has welcomed the kingdom’s initiative to launch the ShaikhIsa bin Ali Arab Voluntary Work Award, organised by the Good Word Society, incooperation with the Arab Voluntary Work Union,marking the Arab Voluntary Work Day which falls on September 15.The stance was voiced by the Emirates Volunteers AssociationBoard Chersperson Sahar Ahmed who praised the « pioneering »initiative, asserting that Shaikh Isa bin Ali represents an excellent exampleof voluntary work. As to the Deputy Chairman of Emirates Volunteers Associationmedia figure Abdulrahman Abdulla, he asserted that the Award will prompte voluntary work across the Arab world, hailingthe goals of the award.
