Cairo Criminal Court postponed on Sunday the trial of terrorist Adel Habara and 34 other defendants until Tuesday.
The postponement came to listen to the pleadings of the defense team.
The defendants are accused of involvement in the killing of 25 policemen in an ambush in Sinai Peninsula in August of last year.
They are also accused of killing central security forces in Belbeis, Sharqiya, and collaborating with al-Qaeda in Iraq.
Habara has already been sentenced to death in absentia over bomb attacks in Taba in 2004 and Dahab in 2006, both tourist resorts in Sinai that left 42 dead.
