Tehran - FNA

The Syrian army continued its advances in Qamishli countryside in the Northwestern parts of the country, and regained control of several towns in there.
The army units took control of Tal Shariseh, Al-Hajieh, Al-Matineh, Al-Har, Kabibeh, Avineh and Tal Avineh.
The Syrian army also approached Tal Hamis which is the most important military base of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorist group in Qamishli countryside and a major route for ISIL relief supply to Iraq and Syria.
Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army besieged the Takfiri terrorists in Deir Ezzur by destroying the strategic Al-Siasah bridge.
Al-Siasah bridge is part of the ISIL's most important supply route to Deir Ezzur city.
Elsewhere, the Syrian army continued its advances in those areas of the recently-recaptured Hama province which were still under militants' control, and cleared their path for making similar advances towards the Northeastern Idlib province.
The army units continued their advances in the Northern parts of Hama province after regaining control over Tibet al-Imam, Lweibde, Zour Abu Zaid and bridge of Helfaya as well as Al-Saman and Al-Kafr regions in Northern Hama.
Meantime, Syrian military sources announced that the Syrian army will soon reach Idlib province in the Northwestern parts of the country.
Meantime, residents of two strategic towns in the Syrian province of Hama began returning home, three days after the country's army retook the areas from militants.
Security has been restored to the Syrian towns of Helfaya and Tibet al-Imam after they were cleared of militants fighting against the government of President Bashar al-Assad.
Syrian Armed Forces continued their mop-up operations against the rebels in Hama, restoring security to more areas of the recently-recaptured Northern Province.
Also, Syrian soldiers restored security to more areas of the Northern Province of Hama after killing a large number of foreign-backed rebels in a series of fresh operations on Saturday.
Meantime, several militants were killed in army's operations in Mourik and Kfar Zaita in Hama's countryside.
Elsewhere, army troops targeted the militants' concentration centers in North Sadcop in al-Ramouseh area, killing four militants and wounding others. A militants' car was also destroyed in Hoijina.
A number of cars, some equipped with heavy machine guns, were destroyed in Mayer, Wardian, Khanal-Assal, Deir Hafer, North thermal station, West al-Bab in Aleppo and its countryside.
Other army troops killed and injured militants and destroyed their vehicles in the vicinity of the castle, al-Husamiah, Kafr Naya, Qabtan al-Jabal, al-Hajeb, Banan al-Hos, Kafr Kar, Saif al-Dawlah and Sheikh Said in Aleppo and its countryside.
Meanwhile in Homs countryside, the army killed a number of militants who were trying to infiltrate from Um Sahrij village into al-Shumarieh mountains.
The army also targeted militants' hideouts Northwest of Abu al-Dhour Airport in Idlib countryside, killing and wounding a number of them and destroying four of their vehicles.
Meantime, Syrian army troops seized a tunnel, used by the foreign-backed militants in their criminal acts against civilians, in the residential worker city of Adra in Damascus Countryside.
The tunnel is 500-meter long and 11-meter deep, a military source said, adding that the tunnel, which is equipped with ventilation and lighting, expands from the Water Establishment to al-Baz Gas Station.
Heavy clashes broke out between army troops and rebels of Al-Nusra Front in Joubar, Ein Tarma and the surrounding of al-Dukhaniye in Damascus Countryside, where too many rebels were killed and wounded.
Meantime, Al-Doukhaniye neighborhood was also the scene of heavy clashes between army men and members of the so-called “Islamic Brigade” in which several rebels were killed, including its commander Mazen al-Na’al.
In Joubar, army killed and injured many rebels, and targeted a long convoy of their vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunitions.
In the meantime, the strongholds of the ISIL Terrorists were raided by the Syrian soldiers in the areas of al-Shaddadi, Tal Hamis and the cement warehouse in Qamishli.
The conflict in Syria started in March 2011, when sporadic pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.
As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.
Washington has remained indifferent to warnings by Russia and other world powers about the consequences of arming militant groups.
