A limited number of Jordanian students were involved in the cases, by their use to advanced and complicated technology, a matter which rendered this issue as one of the serious informatics crimes.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expressed its regret over the decision of the Jordanian Ministry of Education to cancel the certificates of all the Jordanian students who sat for the Sudanese Certificate exams.
The Jordanian Ambassador has denied the statements attributed to him and pledged to correct them via the Jordanian News Agency.
